Thanks to you and your "bubbly" performance and hands on-experiences, our Bubble Day was very well-received. It was great watching our members and guests have so much fun while learning at the same time. Thanks for showing how easy it is to go green and have fun while doing it.

Thank you both so much for the library performance. I was very impressed
with your energy and the whole production! My kids really enjoyed it and
so did I. I especially liked the way you involved the kids with props and
opportunities to join you on stage. What a thrill!

This was a very informative, FUN PACKED show on how children can help preserve our earth.  It was very child interactive; the props were great and the actors very funny! The children loved Granny G and Org Anic, the green gross puppet.

This is great, there’s nothing like you all and kids need to be taught how to take care of the earth!

At the tender age of seven Melissa Stewart  decided to follow in her mother's footsteps and become a teacher.  Melissa holds a B.S. in Elementary Education from Nayck College. She has been a elementary educator for 13 years. She also had a passion for drama and loved making others laugh!  She has followed these passions throughout her teaching career. Her classrooms were filled with fun and creativity, and Melissa truly enjoyed watching children become excited about learning.  Upon moving to North Carolina Melissa began teaching in Durham and she met Stefanie. The creative juices started flowing and the Traveling Teacher Show was born!

Stefanie Boone has been a classroom teacher for 15 years and has had the privilege of teaching students of all ages. Stefanie earned a Bachelor's from Baylor University and a Master's degree from the University of Texas. She began her teaching career in Dallas, Texas and was an educator there for over a decade. During her ten years teaching boys, Stefanie learned that her students learned more quickly when she used hands-on activities that included all senses.  As a child Stefanie spent hours teaching her stuffed animals and dolls and now is half of the Traveling Teacher Show.
