Fridgey escapes the kitchen to tell students about his pet peeve!  Kids keep him open all the time when they are looking for something to eat.  Students will learn how to reduce energy as they become common household appliances and gadgets!  Fridgey can only stay for a short time before he is missed…but not without a crazy song.

Shop for the planet with Granny G.

Granny G will teach students the importance of shopping green! 
Students will learn how their family can shop for the planet, as Granny G
pulls out her enormous reusable shopping bag! Students will become
fruits and vegetables as Granny teaches the importance of  buying organic,
and how she likes to grow her own garden. She has some hilarious tales to tell
about the family that wastes too much!  Granny is known to rap a little and
likes to have the kids join in. 

 


Learn the 3 Rs with Coach G... recycle, reduce, reuse.                            

Coach G teaches students the three Rs…Recycle, Reduce, Reuse.  Coach is looking for some students to join his eco team!  He loves using his whistle to time students as they recycle plastic, paper, and glass. Coach brings along his “car” and teaches how to reduce pollution.  He challenges students to turn trash into treasures, and learns to give away things he has outgrown…even his favorite jerseys and stuffed animals.  Coach loves when kids are outside playing instead of inside wasting energy on television and video games. 

        

  Meet Org...Org Anic, a friendly "green" monster on a mission.

Org is a friendly green monster who teaches the gross side of going green.  He is an expert composter and enjoys rolling around in big piles of organic mush.  One of his favorite activities is getting kids and teachers to experience the thrill with him!  You never know when he will pop up with cool information about going green!
